Excellent location; extremely friendly staff. Ideal to enjoy a local experience not as complicated as a Ryokan, but that allows you to enjoy a good local food breakfast in a very comfortable room with a nice view of the river.

The environment is good, and the front desk and service staff are very nice. The room is very, very big, and the things in the room are very, very complete. It is very suitable for Chinese people to stay. Breakfast is delivered to the room, and the room is really top-notch and super luxurious. In Japan, I was really disappointed with the several hotels I stayed in Japan. I will definitely stay here next time~ I strongly recommend that Chinese people really go~ This is a hotel that treats Chinese people with courtesy🏨

Perfect. The room is elegantly designed, fully equipped and spacious. It feels so peaceful and beautiful to watch people doing morning exercises or walking on the Kamo River from the balcony in the early morning or at dusk! The hotel service is first-class. The lady can speak Chinese and help order meals and introduce attractions! A wonderful experience!

The location is great at Kamogawa. The hotel is right outside the station when you come from Osaka. The design of the hotel apartment is well decorated with bedding, which is worthy of the price. The food and water bar are free and a bottle of wine is given. The service is impeccable. The fruit for breakfast must be praised, fresh and delicious. It meets all needs. There is a big life nearby. Next time when the weather is bad, I will stay in the hotel or stroll along the river. I will still choose this place. A small suggestion is to prepare some kitchen utensils. At this price, if the hotel can provide free or paid bicycle rental services, it will be more complete. Most people still want to be quiet and convenient.

I stayed at this hotel on my third day in Kyoto. I had been staying at my brother's house before, and the hotel was very close to his house. I had been bothering him before, so I brought my brother with me this time. The hotel's interior and exterior scenery are very charming, and the choice of fragrances is also in line with my favorites. The service staff is warm and friendly, and there are several staff members who can speak Chinese. The coffee provided by the coffee machine in the room is very delicious, and it is a perfect match with the cinnamon buns from a nearby bakery called "éze bleu". The only small regret is that the breakfast on the first day was a little greasy, but I gave feedback and the breakfast on the second day was improved to suit my taste. This made me feel that the hotel pays great attention to customer opinions and is willing to make adjustments and improve the experience. Overall, this stay left me with very pleasant memories, which is also the reason why I stayed again.

The hotel is in a great location and very quiet beside the Kamo River! The room is stylishly designed and equipped with a wine cabinet, tableware, etc. Fruits and white wine were also given after check-in! The linens and towels are the standard of a five-star hotel 👍 Very good stay experience, will recommend friends to stay!

I don't want to miss the charming autumn colors of Kyoto at this time of year. It's better to do than to say. When I was choosing a hotel this time, I saw the newly opened Kamo Residence by Reflections. I prefer new hotels. In addition, the hotel's location, room size and facilities, and the scenery outside the hotel also fully met my expectations. I made an order without hesitation. I have stayed in many hotels of all sizes in Kyoto before, and I have also experienced the top 3 Park Hyatt, Aman, and Ritz Carlton. To be fair and open, I will choose here again in the future. At this price, a 60-square-meter room is rare in Kyoto, not to mention in Japan. There is also a kitchen with an island counter, dining table and chairs, induction cooker, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, temperature-controlled wine cabinet, kitchen utensils for pots and pans, tableware, and various tea cups, coffee cups, and wine glasses. This supporting facility and the view of the Kamogawa River outside the window crush too many competitors. The owner has considered everything that can be considered and put a lot of thought into it. The drinks in the refrigerator, the coffee, tea and snacks in the room are all free (free). When you check in, you can create a WeChat group, and all kinds of thoughtful tips will be sent to the group, including daily weather, sightseeing recommendations, and dining recommendations. There is no language barrier when living here, both Chinese and English are smooth, eliminating the embarrassment of Japanese. The store asks the day before whether to have Japanese or Western breakfast the next day, agrees on the delivery time, and puts it outside the room door on time. This way, you can eat in the room without disturbing your sleep. The room is in excellent sanitary condition. It will be cleaned after going out during the day, and it will be cleaned at night. There is also a terrace on the roof of the hotel where you can barbecue and party. There are three floors and 6 rooms in total. More than ten family members and friends can come together and directly book the entire hotel. You must find a little flaw in the ointment, that is, the shower in the bathroom is a little inconvenient for the elderly with inconvenient legs and feet. I mentioned this small problem to the store, and the store accepted it happily and planned to improve it. I'd like to let you know that there is already a branch in Hanama-koji, a very nice Japanese-style loft, 5 minutes walk from Kennin-ji Temple, which I like very much. The branch in Yasaka Shrine will be opened in two years. If you ask me where to stay in Kyoto, I will definitely recommend this place.
