房間超大，樓上兩間卧室，一個和式一個西式。地理位置便利，距離五條公交站幾步路，走到鴨川和四條河原町附近也都很近。
美中不足在窗簾遮光不行，每天六七點很亮就會醒來。然後住四晚衹免費打掃一次，也沒有補給毛巾以外的一次性物品，打電話之後隔天會有人送來。此外房間沒有身體乳，check-in的地方很齊全，可以自取。

位置鬧中取靜，離景點和商業中心都是步行距離。房間面積很大，適合一家人居住。屋內佈局合理，各項設備齊全，配有洗衣烘乾機和做飯用具，十分方便，下次來京都應該還會選擇這裏。
