Nice modern room literally next to the sancho station lift. Huge bed ever they even provide pyjamas.
Can rent a bike 200 yen per hour to ride around the historical place. Very reasonable.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Sanjo Keihan station exit. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful to your needs. Upon checking in, we were given a room with two separate beds but we decided to upgrade to a room with a king bed for about SGD 40. The shopping district and many eateries are about 5-10mins walk away, lots and lots of good food. There’s a family mart across the hotel in case you wish to get some food stuff. Overall, we recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you all the staff for making our stay in Kyoto such a pleasant one.

Very clean and new hotel. It also has stylish interior designs for both the hotel and inside the rooms, with a touch of modern Kyoto vibe. Its location is closely located to BAL and Kamo-gawa so if you are a fan of shopping and light by the river walking/ biking, this is a great choice.

Hotel location very good, have many nice cafe restaurant nearby.
Walking distance to many sceneries
Some staff is friendly at the front desk
Room size too small to walk around
Ask for additional blanket for few times but the reply is not available. Went to Front Desk the next day, told duty staff that I would like to see the duty manager, staff asked what is it regarding, told them that I need a additional blanket, staff replied that they will try their best. And continue busy with their work.
Have 2 cabinet but can only hang 2 pcs of jacket each.
Breakfast buffet dishes should have 40% change daily for 3 cycles

Spa / hot spring open from 12:00-21:00, not conviience for tourist.
Overall the service is good, bartender and receptionist are very helpful.
Recommended this hotel to my friend already.
