I had a pleasant stay at this "spacious" house, which comfortably accommodates five people. The male receptionist at the shuttle van spoke fluent English and provided excellent service.
The location is convenient, just 1km with a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station, making it easy to explore the area. They offered a generous supply of 1.5L of drinking water, along with tea and coffee on the first day, which was a nice touch.
The premises also include a lift with a camera, making it very convenient for those carrying luggage. The toiletries and laundry detergent provided were of good quality, and the bathroom dryer function was incredibly useful for drying washed clothes. However, I did notice a slight leak in the toilet, which kept the floor a bit damp, so be cautious.
Overall, I would definitely choose to stay with Resi Stay again during my next visit!

Trip should not have such establishments work with them. I start to doubt trip.com working partners 😅
Need to be a lot more careful with booking as there is no way trip can do anything.
The only thing I rate them badly was their inflexibility to provide cleaning services for 3 night stay ! I mean not even change your tower is way unacceptable
Airbnb good host will provide extra towel if stay is longer than 2 days !

It's a 15-minute walk from the station with a suitcase. It's not on the main street, so it's very quiet. The room is a bit small, but the facilities are complete. You can buy bento at a nearby convenience store and heat it up in the microwave. You can eat sashimi, sushi, and fried wagyu. It's just that the fourth floor is a bit hot on the top floor.
