When I saw the 24-hour check-in, I thought someone had checked in, so I went to a pad and asked me to self-check in. The important thing is that I couldn't receive the email, so I didn't have a passcode. I just looked at the front desk and there was a phone, and I thought to myself. I can't figure it out, so I climbed in. Fortunately, there is hotline support in different languages. Finally, the dog rushed to the phone booth to call hotline, hit the left twice to get all the information first, and then there was no money to show off at that time and some training.
The location is on the left side, but it is very close to Kiyomizu Temple. There are taxi stands nearby, so it is difficult to find wild food at night.
As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong stench, which was the smell of rain from wet shoes.

This rubbish hotel is extremely troublesome to check in. It is unfriendly to Chinese people and is even racist. Please don’t go there again.

Bad room in a good location with no one to help. The location is within walking distance from Gion (guasha district), a major temple, the riverside, and a train station .. but it is a long walk (between 15 and 30 depending on the thing). The room was the worst I have even been in. It was small (but that is to be expected in Japan), had a decent amount of dust (but otherwise clean), but it was next to a very load road with no sound insulation, and it had the hardest bed/pillow I have never been on (I ended up using my dirty clothes as a pillow instead). The worst part however is that there is no one ever there to help with anything. That wouldn't have been so bad if the locks weren't really finicky and took a while to lean how to use. A youtube video forwarded to all people who booked could have easily solved this.

It could not be worse, we booked apt upper floor and we got one in lower floor with no windows!! Only artificial light, completely dark with no fresh air and no ventilation! Just like a container and nobody to complain in the complex. I was travelling a month in Japan and I stayed in different hotels, apts and Ryokan. By far this was the worst place of all of them do not trust the pictures…
