Room quite super small but clean, No soundproofing, can clearly hear the person in the next room snoring while sleeping
No available water. Need to buy 200JPY/bottle
1 hour check in early or late need to pay 1.100 JPY/ hour.
Walk from 900m - 1100m to train stations around
Opposite there is a Family Mart 24/7 very convenient
Breakfast is nice.

I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, the amenities were complete, there was a welcome drink too, for breakfast it was a buffet, but the menu was the same for all 3 days, not very varied. Thank you

Excellent Stay with Great Breakfast and Service!
I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a very relaxing stay. The service was outstanding—staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was a 10-15 minute walk from the famous Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine. The train will stop exactly opposite of this famous site. [Visit the Shrine at night for small crowds, if you aren’t afraid of deities 🫣]Google Maps will lead you to the hotel, about a 10-15 minute walk by foot. You won’t miss its distinctive red brick structure. The location is excellent if you want to be away from the crowds and enjoy a quiet residential area. The hotel offers an unlimited supply of toiletries, if needed. The bathroom is small in comparison to Western standards. But, the overall room is larger than typical rooms in Tokyo.

The staff were very friendly. It’s not that central but fairly accessible. It had ok cleanliness but there was quite a lot of dust and a little mould in the bathroom

Good variant for a single nightstand. Booked this hotel to visit Fusimi Inari early - it’s only 15-minutes walk. Interior of the room is a bit old but hotel offers lots of amenities. Also big thanks to staff at the frontdesk - lady helped us to make a delivery to next hotel with Kuroneko service

Decent room but quite small, you have to get a train into the main parts of Kyoto but this is right night to the Fushimi Inari Taisha gates which is amazing at night time also

This hotel room is really really small for two person. We can't even walking pass each other without one of us has to make room for it. The breakfast is good, and the location is closer to Fushimi inari taisha Shrine and train station. It is about 15 to 20 minutes walk. Oh one bad thing about the washing and drying machine. It took forever to dry the clothes, even with just two piece of clothes. First I was trying to dry maybe 30 piece of clothes, and after going back and back again to put more coin and time to dry. I started at 9 PM and after midnight they still not dry. I ended up went down to front desk to complain and they offer to dry to clothes for me and delivery to our room on the next morning.
