Keihan Hotels & Resorts Hotels in Kyoto

Hotel was super nice! I loved almost everything. The room was very big for Japanese standards and the staff was very professional and fluent in English. Location couldn’t be better, right next to Kyoto Station and a lot of options for shopping and dining. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. They divide it in a western and japanese breakfast. But the western breakfast didn’t really have much western choices. And the coffee was not good. This could be improved. Otherwise it was a perfect stay and I would recommend it. :-)

The hotel is a 3 minutes walk from the Kyoto station. A lot of shops restaurants and bars are in walking distance. The staff is very friendly. I recommend the breakfast  buffet. 

Very good service, even the room not big but the bed so comfort. The best is we can choose pillow type, luggage storage is so kind. Happy staying here 2 nights, just walking distance to kyoto station, easy for us to travel around 👍🏻👍🏻. The staff is helpful, we asking no room cleaning, we found she hang a paper bag with new tower inside front door when we back to hotel, so kind. No complaint at all 5 ⭐ given.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to Kyoto train station and bus interchange. You also get a discount for the Kyoto Tower observatory if you are a guest at the hotel. Lots of eating places nearby and there is a food hall at the basement. Room is larger than expected although the toilet was a bit small.
