Wunderschönes Erlebnis wieder einmal. Schon seit über 20 Jahren Stammgast und jedes Mal wieder überzeugt!!!

Central and yet surprisingly quiet hotel. (South room). Everything is within walking distance in the immediate vicinity: mountain railways, sports shops, hairdresser, bakery, grocery store and 8 restaurants for every taste. Beautiful, clean wellness facility. Reservation and check-in quick and easy. Helpful and friendly people everywhere in the hotel. Downer. As a long-time guest (around 80 stays in summer, autumn and winter since 1995) you feel the interaction is cool. All but two of the familiar faces in the reception and restaurant have disappeared. The Rocksresort turned the whole thing into a huge operation, which works well, but you no longer feel at home. In my opinion, hotel guests should be treated more personally than guests in the resort's dozens of apartments. The price is quite a bit higher. The way it works now is like at IBIS or other business hotels. And this: the parking space in the underground car park costs a princely 20 francs per night. Once when I wanted to drive back in from a trip, they said the parking garage was full. After a discussion with the parking attendant, I was let in and, after a long search, I was able to park my car in a damp and dark corner on the lowest floor. Reported this to reception. Was accepted. Reaction zero. A pity.

We went for a drink at the Camino Bar in the Hotel Signina. Unfortunately the service at the bar was very unsatisfactory. A person behind the bar who just served beer and had to get someone for the drinks. No martini at the bar and the communication was incomprehensible, a murmur of English and German. With such a beautiful and stylish bar, this is only natural, especially at Christmas. I would certainly have drunk more if there had been recommendations of the good, high-quality bottles, what a shame.

The resort is beautiful - great Hotel Signina! The staff was very nice and Camino Restaurant so great, really good!! I had a very good time! :) This hotel is lovely and clean, workers are so nice and the dinners/brunch are perfect at the Camino Restaurant, it was such a pleasure!

I rarely write reviews but after my stay I would like to share my experiences, even because I can't understand many of the positive reviews. What's good about the hotel is the location right next to the lifts and this location advantage is being exploited and unfortunately urgently needed renovations are being foregone. The breakfast is also good but not exceptional. The rooms are small and extremely noisy and extremely shabby. Carpeting, walls and furniture are stained and the rest of the furniture also needs to be replaced. The bathroom (or toilet with integrated shower) has been nicely renovated but is very narrow and cannot be heated nor does it have controllable ventilation. The rest of the hotel infrastructure is also apparently getting old. The hot water supply is inadequate, so we were lucky to have lukewarm water at peak times (between 1830 and 1930), but were only able to take cold showers twice. The staff is aware of the problem and the receptionist's recommendation was to shower in the spa (with room prices of around CHF 300 per night!!). The elevator broke down twice during our stay. It should also be noted that the hotel does not have its own WiFi and uses the community's open WiFi. The spa area is ok but has not been visibly renovated since my last visit about 15 years ago. Finally, apart from the bar area, which is quite clear, there is no seating, so you essentially have to rely on the small rooms. I cannot recommend the hotel and the price-performance ratio is not appropriate.
