前台及客房工作人員服務熱情，態度好。客房打掃的乾淨衞生。空調好，有暖氣。24小時熱水好。有電梯。有自己的停車場（免費）。吃飯方便（周圍有幾十家飯館，主要是河南燴麪）。購物方便。交通方便。去焦裕祿紀念館步400米。

酒店有些舊了，確實像一些評論説的牆壁有剝落，不過我覺得無傷大雅，主要是床品乾淨整潔，細節也考慮得蠻好，房間剛進去時有些異味，開窗開門通通風就好。酒店背後有一個蠻大的停車場，住宿停車免費，早餐有很多素菜選擇，真是意外驚喜。而且酒店對面就是醫院，斜對面就是鎮政府，屬於最中心最繁華的地方，能有這樣的配套設施，性價比很高了。到的那天意外發現是焦裕祿的生日，而焦裕祿紀念館就在鎮政府大樓背後，感覺挺有緣，第二天早上去瞻仰了一下，感謝焦書記，蘭考現在很漂亮，這盛世如您所願。

直接無敵了，第一次是五樓，大冬天空調不熱，沒有網，打電話給前台，説連別的樓層網，打了兩三次，才同意換樓層。換到9樓，網是行了，空調還是不熱，最重要的，房間旁邊是電梯，什麼爛隔音，叮叮咚咚一晚上。第二天説房間空調不行，前台來了句可以給你換房間啊，實在不敢恭維，最差尚客優
