It perfectly balances convenience with privacy. Stepping into the lobby, the high-ceilinged space features traditional Chinese Dougong structures. The hotel's most luxurious characteristic is its extensive use of high-end, lavish stone decorations, which I believe is unique among current hotels. These stones are masterfully integrated into various clever and suitable locations, creating what I would hyperbolically call a 'stone kingdom.' Here, you can fully appreciate the culture of stone, along with the hidden patterns, intricate colors, and profound meanings within these luxury stones. Even more spectacularly, when the lights are turned on, the stones emit various lights and colors, leaving you utterly amazed. Instantly, one feels the grandeur and elegance exclusive to a five five-star hotel. A subtle fragrance permeates the air, and soothing background music plays softly, instantly dispelling the fatigue of travel. 2. The front desk staff, dressed in crisp uniforms, greeted me with sincere smiles and fluent bilingual greetings. The check-in process was efficient and smooth, completed within just a few minutes. What was even more delightful was that the staff proactively inquired about my preferences and informed me that my room had been upgraded based on my membership tier. This thoughtful gesture made me feel exceptionally valued. 3. The moment I opened the door to my room, I was struck by its spaciousness and brightness. From my observation, the room size far exceeds that of average hotels. The decor is modern yet warm, with high-end materials and exquisite decorations subtly showcasing quality everywhere. Oversized windows allow ample natural light to pour in, offering panoramic views of the 'Starry Sky Garden' from anywhere in the room. The in-room amenities were impeccable. The high-quality padded bed came with a choice of three different firmness pillows, making it feel like sleeping on clouds; a good night's sleep was no longer just a luxury. The bed linen fabric was soft and skin-friendly, promoting instant relaxation. The smart voice control system in the room allowed for easy adjustment of lighting, curtains, and air conditioning, perfectly blending technology with comfort. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation design, with marble flooring and gold-plated fixtures, exuding luxury. What surprised me most was the inclusion of a separate bathtub and a rain shower head, allowing me to wash away fatigue while indulging in a truly relaxing experience. The toiletries were from a premium brand, and their refreshing citrus and herbal scent uplifted my mood, highlighting the hotel's meticulous attention to detail. 4. On the night of my arrival, the housekeeping staff also provided a thoughtful turndown service. Upon returning to my room, I found the bed meticulously prepared, a handwritten goodnight card and fresh fruit placed on the nightstand, the curtains gently drawn, and a night light creating a cozy ambiance. The breakfast spread was rich and varied, offering everything from Chinese Cantonese dim sum and freshly made ramen to Western Eggs Benedict and French croissants. Particularly noteworthy was the restaurant's homemade chocolate spread, crafted from 65% cocoa Valrhona high-quality chocolate, boasting a smooth and silky texture with a rich and mellow flavor. The fresh honeycomb, cold brew Longjing tea, and various freshly squeezed juices further demonstrated the hotel's dedication to ingredient selection. During the meal, the waitstaff promptly replaced cutlery and refilled drinks, providing professional yet unobtrusive service that made me feel very comfortable. During my stay, I also tried the hotel's Chinese restaurant. At my request, the chef meticulously prepared Hangzhou cuisine and local specialties. Not only were they perfect in color, aroma, and taste, but their presentation was also quite artistic; each dish resembled an exquisite work of art, almost too beautiful to eat. The restaurant manager also recommended pairing teas based on my taste, demonstrating an impressive level of professional service. 6. As a five-star hotel, its security measures were equally reassuring. There are 24-hour security personnel stationed at the hotel entrance, and guest rooms are equipped with electronic key card access and safe deposit boxes. Elevators require room card access, all of which instilled a great sense of security. High-definition surveillance cameras are installed in corridors and public areas, and security staff conduct regular patrols, providing comprehensive protection for guests' personal and property safety. The child was frightened but wanted to sleep, so I dealt with it myself without contacting the front desk, just trying to calm them down. The next morning, I told the front desk and got two bottles of water, saying I'd get an internal discount next time. Next time?? What about this time?? Because I was just passing through and in a hurry to leave, I didn't say anything at the time, but now I'm really angry!!!"
