周邊挺方便的，而且酒店停車也方便的，旁邊購物乘車都很近，入住的房間也挺乾淨，酒店的工作人員也比較熱情，還會再來的

服務態度非常非常非常好，特別是當天的前台💁♀️↓姑娘，姓馬🐴姑且叫小馬姑娘吧！人特別熱情 幾乎🈶問必答，在等待的過程中發現，小馬姑娘和其他住宿旅客也是熱情洋溢的解答問題，特別值得表揚💮希望攜程和華住會能夠嘉獎一下，因為一個小姑娘這麼🈶耐心還樂此不疲，着實不容易！雖然服務行業本身就是這樣的要求，但一個小姑娘能做到如此耐心不慌不忙的還面帶微笑的接待客人，我下次還是會考慮入住星程酒店🏨，雖然房間價格不菲，但值得推薦入住&也非常感謝華住會的酒店和攜程的合力合作🤝當然最感謝的還是小馬姑娘，雖然不知道🤷♀️她的名字，讓每個旅途愉快😀成為美好的回憶

第二次來蘭州，我們是家庭親子游，這個酒店確實讓人很驚喜。酒店是新開的，非常乾淨！空調效果很好，淋浴間淋噴頭水大，水温也合適。全房智能操控。唯一的缺點是淋浴間防水還需加強。另外點贊前台卷卷短髮的服務小姐姐，人美又熱情，熱心推薦我們附近的美食。

房間寬敞整潔、設施齊全。正山小種味道不錯。
大廳樓道和房間的衞生都打掃🧹得很及時。
周圍環境特別方便，商場市場商店飯館都很近，吃飯購物極為方便。
最值得讚的是服務，記錯了時間，酒店積極幫助解決，特別感動。
