I loved this hotel, it was comfortable however the staff a bit inexperienced with foreigners. Overall I would stay here again cause the room is clean and they have drip coffee !

前台服務很好，就是酒店樓道一股味道，進房間後，沙發旁還有上一位住户扔的拖鞋袋子，洗手枱還有一根使用後的棉簽。

房間設施都可以，就是服務很差。明明顯示有早餐，又説沒有，要從錦江官網訂才有，攜程訂的沒有，後來又説顯示有早餐是攜程自己加點，他們新店沒有早餐。送了咖啡券讓送一杯到房間，又説沒有，早上八點才有。問他們那我開了會員有什麼用，説延時退房，第二天打電話讓12點之前退房，説不是會員延時嗎，又説是普通會員沒有。講真的，所有喆啡酒店裡，這家是體驗最差的，關鍵是男服務生態度還很硬氣，就用最標準的語言讓你感受最憋屈的體驗。再也不住這家了。窗台上還有別人留在那裡的衞生紙和護手霜還是鞋油，水温也特別不好控制，需要慢慢調。

入住流程超級奇葩，前台入住需要手動填寫《訪客記錄表》，打開手機掃碼註冊登陸“金鐘罩”，掃描付款寶小程序，關鍵工作人員還要給我手機界面拍照，我是掏錢給你們做任務來的吧。
酒店是新裝修的，從樓道到房間，瀰漫著甲醛味道，早上是嗓子疼醒來的，趕快退房離開，差點要我老命。
多年沒有給過差評了，實在不忍心更多朋友踩坑，為了大家身心健康，請採納我的中肯意見
