Shengcai BOYA Hotel (Lanzhou Xiguan Crossing Zhongshan Bridge Store)

We set off from Beijing by car and planned to visit Xi'an for a week. However, after only staying in Xi'an for two days, my companion changed his mind and wanted to come to Lanzhou to eat beef noodles. As a result, we only booked a room at Lanzhou Shengcai Boya Hotel for two days in Xi'an. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff received us very warmly. We originally booked two twin rooms. When we entered the room and saw that it was not a river view room, we immediately asked the front desk staff and they immediately switched us to two river view rooms. (Only a small amount of room difference was paid). The hotel room is clean and tidy, with no peculiar smell, and all facilities are complete. When you open the curtains, you can see the Yellow River, the mother river that flows endlessly opposite. New guests are also given a free copy. Halal breakfast. Special thanks to Xiao Wang and Xiao Pan, the front desk staff who welcomed us when we checked into the hotel. They were very patient in introducing us to the local specialties of Lanzhou. Also, Miss Dou Yujuan, the room attendant who cleaned up the room for us, provided warm and thoughtful service. I received excellent service from you during the four days in the hotel. When I come to Lanzhou again, your first choice will be yours! ! !

The environment is very good, hygienic and clean. The front desk is very helpful and provides mineral water. Opposite the hotel is the Yellow River. You can take a walk later in the evening and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Breakfast is very cost-effective.

The room is clean and tidy, the parking is convenient, the service attitude is good, the breakfast is good, I am satisfied.

房間很大，前台人員無論早班夜班都很熱情，會對你的問題做以很細緻的解答，會細心的問你有沒有開車他們會給你停車票。客房服務阿姨的響應也很快，給前台剛打完電話沒一分鐘服務阿姨就會來回應，整體的衞生很乾凈，家裡人都説這一次的入住很舒心，像在家裡一樣，真的非常推薦！！！

酒店地處蘭州黃河風情線沿線，步行到黃河鐵橋1km左右，交通很方便，酒店有自己的地下停車場，對自駕遊也很友好；預訂的家庭套房，房間面積還是挺大的，窗外就是黃河景色不錯，設施維護的還可以，就是衞生間稍微狹促了點；服務很不錯，響應及時也很熱情，早餐東西不多，但還挺適合長輩，建議增加點給年輕人吃的，哪怕加個吐司或者炒飯也行；酒店旁邊還有個安泊爾牛肉麪，做得非常不錯。
