The owner is very friendly and helpful. I lost my way on the way to the hotel and she went above and beyond to help me get there. The hostel has a great atmosphere and is very well equipped and clean. There’s a great view of the surrounding area.

老闆是個美女，特別能幹，面相很好。
民宿位置離西站很近，而且乾淨，老闆每天中午都來打掃衞生，感覺像住在她家一樣。
床品和洗漱用品都達到國際青旅的水平，床很軟，而且老闆每天都會送耳塞和眼罩，很細心。
就是人住的多的時候衹有一個廁所，需要排隊，其他都很好。其他滿分。

離西站很近，走路就可以到，位置很好是小區裏面的高樓層，視野很好喔，房主姐姐提前加聯繫方式指引，好貼心～房間的佈置真的能看出房東姐姐對生活的熱愛！超級有禮貌友善的小姐姐，房間的設施設備應有具有，具體請看圖片！剛來就覺得不像青旅像民宿哈哈，後悔少訂一晚了

環境衞生都可以，在一個小區裏面。就是老闆對人感覺有點不耐煩的樣子。需要提前加老闆的微信，我下午沒加，我就住一天。她就一直糾結為什麼不加她微信，我當時也説了找不到聯繫方式，她就告訴我尾號，然後就把電話掛了，晚上我打電話給她然後還是加了，發給我一個位置。因為這個事和老闆起了爭執。晚上九點多她要求我退單，我人都到了，她説家裡停水，其實沒有停，就挺無語的

目前住過最好的青旅！交通便利，去哪都近。老闆是個愛笑愛哼歌的小姐姐，特別陽光，也很好説話。青旅在一個很好很新的小區裏面，出入小區大門和樓棟大門都需要門禁卡，很安全的環境。然後房間特別乾淨，設施特別齊全和優質！而且房間真的很寬敞，有一個長沙發，三個小桌子，兩個化粧鏡，一個全身鏡，床也很新很舒適。最讓我意外的是有蒸汽眼罩、耳塞和一次性牙刷牙膏、一次性拖鞋和洗澡穿的拖鞋。隔音效果也很好。還有洗衣機，飲水機和免費的WiFi，網速賊拉好。對了，她家的沐浴露洗髮露護髮素洗手液都是知名品牌，我都懷疑老闆是富二代出來創業😂。很少寫評論，同時第一次寫這麼長的評論，因為環境真的好到難以置信。力薦！

房間真的很乾凈！！！女生房間有獨立廁所，對女生來説很友好～
接待的小姐姐美麗友善，態度很熱情，還親自寫出了攻略，基本沒有踩坑。
關於青旅的位置也很好，在小區裏面，舒適安靜。去哪裡都很方便～下次來蘭州還會來這裏，也會牆裂推薦朋友來！
