A water dispenser saves you the trouble of boiling hot water and the worry of kettle hygiene. Disposable towels are not good enough. They will shed fibers on the first use and may cause trouble if rubbed into the eyes. It is recommended to use better quality towels or small hand towels - understand the original intention of the hotel to save linens.
