一個男的店長服務態度特別惡劣，我訂的房間，早上打電話確認時客服説沒問題，中午入住時服務枱説我的訂單取消了，他也沒有問我電話號碼，衹從電腦上看説我取消訂單了。我説我手機上的訂單還在，讓他看看，這個男的顯得特別不耐煩，説不要找他們，讓我去找平台。
我説我早上打電話確認時還説中午可以入住，讓他看一下電話記錄，他還是不耐煩，還是讓我去找平台。
沒辦法我就又掏錢訂了一間房，攜程上的訂單還在，我就很無語。讓他們花幾秒鐘看一下訂單都不肯，也不問我電話號碼。
房間一天一個價，昨天4個小時200，今天變成100了。
最後找平台投訴後，給我退了30元，我訂的有窗户房間變成沒有窗户的房間了。

酒店是新開業的，有停車位，停車方便，房間設施床品都很新，配有一次性浴巾面巾坐便套很好，還有洗衣房很方便，早餐簡單，但牛肉麪很好吃，離老街和黃河樓都不遠，周邊購物吃飯方便，值得推薦

2025年蘭馬入住這家酒店，體驗感太好，必須來好評一個。入住當天一眼就看到蘭馬參賽人員歡迎橫幅，比賽當天，凌晨4點老闆親自做早餐服務，還有專車送地鐵站。可以説這次入住體驗，比任何一次跑馬經歷過的都好太多。

住過的最爛的酒店沒有之一
優點：設施很新
缺點：
1.因為是新酒店，全是甲醛味道，極度刺鼻，
2.窗邊是一個工地，開窗房間很容易一層灰，
3.空調5月份熱風，酒店人員無法處理.
4.智能語音系統啥都不能控制
5.房間床單上有蚊蟲，房間有蚊子，酒店沒蚊香
6.洗澡間沒有防滑墊，也沒有防滑毛巾
7.酒店服務態度像你欠他的一樣
8.酒店開票速度極慢
9.酒店定位不準，出租車不能直接到酒店門口
10.酒店服務員不熟悉周圍環境，導航到了酒店附近，打電話問前台，説不清具體路線。

自駕遊路過蘭州，在平台上找到這家酒店，位置很好找，在老街附近，距離黃河樓、奧體中心都很近，我住在酒店一樓，房間衞生乾淨整潔，窗外風景很美，酒店配有洗衣房、健身房，還有早餐提供，是蘭州的特色拉麪，還有各類小菜及茶葉蛋，味道很贊，可能是新開業的酒店，服務人員態度各方面都很友好，希望繼續保持！有機會還會再來蘭州，繼續住這家酒店👍👍👍
