格林豪泰酒店體驗感很好，必須安利！一進大堂，酒店香氛淡雅宜人，前台工作人員熱情又高效，我定的房間比較小，前台給我免升了房型，很快就辦好了入住。房間乾淨整潔，床品軟硬適中，睡了個安穩的好覺。浴室洗漱用品齊全。酒店餐廳的早餐豐富多樣，位置也很優越，周邊美食多，出行方便。這次入住無可挑剔，下次還來！

服務熱情周到，非常貼心地理位置很好找，環境乾淨整潔，每次來蘭州必住的酒店，特別滿意，希望格林豪泰酒店越做越好，免費停車太方便了，管理停車的叔叔也特別負責人，很熱情的指揮停車，有一種賓至如歸的感覺，心裏暖暖噠，前台小姐姐很熱情，説話很温柔，必須給一個大大的好評

酒店位置很好，交通非常方便，周邊餐飲也很多，酒店門前停車位比較緊張，不過樓後有一個很大的停車場，前台接待服務專業熱情，詳細介紹城市旅遊景點和交通以及特色餐飲，房間很大，設施齊全。

因為中午趕車房卡找不見，前台要求30元扣費，我繳費了，其他平台都是10-20元，我反應找不見房卡扣費太高的問題，前台説她沒有辦法，延遲退房所有酒店都是2點，格林豪泰要求1點，我同學1點多收拾好退房，前台要求必須好評否則必須掏30元，才能延遲退房，我最討厭威脅人，所以必須把真實情況反饋出來，好評不是索要或者威脅出來的，用户住着好自然會好評，但是強迫或者威脅，就太過分了，雖然被威脅打了5星好評但格林豪泰酒店不會再住了，請不要再威脅任何用户給好評。
