衞生：衞生乾淨，能放心入住
環境：大廳寬敞，明亮
服務：酒店服務很棒，從前台辦理入住就很好，熱情，介紹酒店設施，給我推薦了附近一家牛肉麪巨好吃（德元牛肉麪）。當時房間還沒有收拾好，前台立馬給我升級一間帶窗户的房間，從窗户就能看到蘭山，非常感謝！客房服務員送東西也很快！

首先説第一點，就是隔音不太好，隔壁的聲音都能聽得到，一上午走廊裏保潔來來回回推着車，收拾垃圾袋的聲音都聽得很清楚，有點影響休息。
第二就是因為連住幾天，而且已經打開了請勿打擾的燈，但是上午保潔還是來敲門頭要給打掃房間，晚上沒有睡好，上午眯一會，結果剛要眯着，保潔一敲門就嚇一跳了，其實在其他酒店連住的話，一般都是下午來給打掃房間。
第三，從風水上講，這種房樑正對着人，無論是坐在下面還是躺在下面都是很不好的，希望酒店能想辦法把棚頂能遮一下。
