The hotel is located in the core area of Dongfanghong Square, with convenient subway and bus services. The hotel is luxuriously decorated and has a quiet environment. Especially the lady at the front desk, who took care of everything and provided first-class service, it was a very satisfying accommodation experience!

Very bad! The hotel has no integrity! I booked a room through Ctrip and went to the front desk to check in at noon. The front desk told me that the room had not been cleaned yet and asked me to go out first and check in directly when I came back. The room number was 511, but when I came back in the evening, I was told that the room had been given to someone else! And I'm not the only one in this situation! Several people have encountered the same situation as me! In the end, we were hastily arranged to stay in the staff building next door! When I went in, it looked like a guesthouse! Is such a big hotel of yours a shady shop?

本月第二✌🏻次住這家酒店了，一如既往的好👌🏻。拍了一些酒店細節很人性化，有免費停車🅿️，環境乾淨整潔無任何異味。去周邊也很方便，比如中山橋出租車起步十元，十一元就到了。步行酒店跟前也有老字號蘭州拉麪。關鍵論房間面積價格性價比也是極高的。服務也從未失望過，我們遇到的每一位工作人員，包括門衞師傅都特別熱情有問必答。
因為這家酒店讓我們對蘭州有了加分項👍🏻

房間非常乾淨，服務人員態度也特別的好，門口的兩位工作人員工作專業、交流友善親切，幫忙指引停車和前台辦理入住，酒店還送了酸奶。整體性價比很高，很贊！！！

位置優越，交通便利，出門就是公交站，出行方便。旁邊院子裏有免費停車位非常方便。前台服務人員服務熱情大方，效率高，細緻周到，很不錯。房間採光好，明亮安靜，舒適衞生，床墊舒服，辦公方便。客房阿姨也很親切，整體非常好，強力推薦！
