差評第一次，廁所門壞的，如圖1沒有鎖，電視機沒有信號，如圖4，前台説電視信號線剪斷了，房間沒有WIFI，前台讓連接其他房間的，半夜到達，沒提前告知房間有問題，辦理入住後，到房間我們發現問題詢問前台時，前台説不滿意可以退房，外省到蘭州，半夜 帶上父母的讓退房處理，沒辦法，忍耐着住下。住過很多酒店旅館的，價格比他家便宜的也有，但是沒有如此差的硬件軟件及服務態度的。

總體體驗：奇差無比！顛覆了我對賓館服務行業一直以來的認知！謝謝你讓我長見識了！
衞生：住了4晚（二頭算上是5天），竟然連1次衞生都不給打掃！給總枱申請打掃時，回答：“今天下班了”，那第二天呢？全天放假了？住了這麼多天，衞生間沒紙了，不管！房間沒水了，不管！浴巾毛巾，不管！床鋪整理，不管！地板衞生，不管！哪怕你申請了，我也不管！。。。。。。真是奇葩。。。。。。
設施：1、衞生間的玻璃門壞了，掉了，衞生間沒有門！和在卧室拉屎沒太多區別！2、燒水壺內膽銹跡斑斑，局部已快銹透，燒的水一股鐵銹味！3、杯子是破裂的，倒上水會不停的往外流！
服務：即便如此，退房要求開發票時，回答：“税務系統壞了！開不了！”。都有上述服務了，“還要什麼自行車？”請問，你們見過嗎？更為滑稽、可笑、可悲的是，退房時，前台還不忘“貼心”地問你：“住得還好嗎？滿意嗎”，你丫我很“滿意”，那是相當的“滿意”！

這是我這段時間以來最滿意的一次入住體驗，房間乾淨整潔，配有免費礦泉水，採光好空間大，物品設施配備齊全，網速快，交通方便，有免費停車場，客房衞生打掃的十分乾淨，尤其重點要表揚一下前台小石姑娘，服務非常專業，有問必答，能積極配合解決各種問題，十分優秀！！！
