酒店衞生差，都是裝修完的渣渣都沒有打掃乾淨，洗漱台下水管子度沒有插進去，洗個手流了一地水，水滴到房間地板上都是黑糊糊。入住當晚和第二天沒有熱水，第二天酒店人員一本正經説有閥門，，，，先不説閥門我沒找到，我放了半天熱水也不出熱水，我想不通，這些打開熱水閥門是不是你們酒店應該做的，
