酒店服務人員都非常人性化， 前台的幾個小姐姐態度特別好，開門的大叔也很和善，酒店最好的一點就是停車免費 。當天限號也非常感謝讓我等到8點限號結束才去開走。非常感謝🙏但是也畢竟是老酒店了，環境方面還是略遜一點。但是價格擺在這兒，感覺挺值得了。衞生間的燈不停的得感應 洗澡洗着洗着滅了 淋浴間太小 還不如拆掉 脖子都給我扭了一下

酒店離繁華夜市不遠，交通便利、用餐方便。第二次選擇入住該酒店了，老闆、客房一如既往地服務專業熱情、有求必應。儘管酒店硬件設施設備稍有老化，但是細心而專業的老闆團體盡其所能做的客房乾淨衞生整潔、服務一流就非常不容易了，五星好評是必須的！住了兩晚，特別超讚客房和第二天偶遇的前台小妹妹們！是您們和平台真正帶給我一次非常滿意而温馨的入住體驗！感恩、祝好！

房間不算大，開始給的房間很大一股煙味。給服務枱説後給換了一間。服務還算可以，重要的是有個停車場，但是很打擠，去敦煌藝術館方便

去甘南自駕。酒店位置非常棒，去美食街很近。停車在院內，也有人指導停車，非常棒。房間也乾淨整潔，空間大小也能接受，並且很安靜。

這個酒店的地理位置還不錯，停車不好停，但是前台跟保衞人員服務都很好，幫忙挪車，解決了自駕停車難的問題，設施設備較舊，如果在更換一下就好了

房間：很温馨，很潔凈，設備設施齊全。
前台：前台小劉非常熱情，很認真的接待顧客，完全按照我們的想法幫我們選擇了適宜的房型。
價格：真的太換算了。
停車：住店免費停車 保安大哥很熱情的引導停車。
其他：早上問詢了一下，是否有微波爐，得到肯定的答覆後，馬經理主動幫忙用微波爐加熱了早餐，並主動端至前台，太温馨了 點贊！
結語：格林豪泰酒店無論從服務還是價格，都做到了滿意，下次還住這裏。

房間很乾凈，行李拿的有點多，前台小姐姐還貼心的給我幫忙送到房間了，有點小感動呀，和對象開車過來的，這蘭州有停車場的酒店真是太少了，這家居然是免費停車的，停車的保安也非常熱情，態度很好，這確實是我見過性價比最高的格林酒店了，外出旅遊的客人可以選擇這個酒店哦，很推薦。必須好評
