The front desk asked the cleaning lady to help, and the lady's work card could be swiped. She changed my room card, but it still wouldn't work. The cleaning lady asked me to put the suitcase in the room and go downstairs to find the front desk herself. It was already hot and tired at this time. Okay, I went to the front desk myself for the third time, and the front desk still said that the card was fine, but didn't agree to change my room. At my request, I finally changed to another room to check in. With such a start, I was naturally not very satisfied with the hotel. The outrageous thing is that I booked two nights, and when I came back the next afternoon, the room card didn't work. However, the girl at the front desk was more sincere and responsive than the girl the day before. She helped me get it working again. When you go out to play, you will encounter various problems. What is important is the ability to solve problems and the attitude of the business. The day before, all the staff gave me the feeling that it was my own problem. No one quickly gave the most effective solution. I ran up and down to fight for my right to change rooms. This was the first time in so many hotels. In addition, the bedding was turned inside out on the second day. In short, many details really deserve improvement.
