整個蘭州的快樂是酒店提供的，而酒店的滿意完全來自於姓閃的經理。由於孩子高反，一路從青海湖趕到蘭州，因為前台接表述不清晰，導致我們拖家帶口停車離酒店很遠。經理知道後，一直道歉，連忙送了早餐。這時候氣已經消了多一半。回到房間後，孩子牙齦腫痛的厲害，外賣的葯還沒到，經理敲門送來了親自去買的水果和冰棍，兒子吃了兩根，馬上跟我們説，不用買葯了，牙不疼了。孩子開心，大人當然也開心。第二天退房後，經理特意打電話，報銷停車費，我的意思是不用了，沒想到經理一再要給，體會到了誠心的熱情。出門在外，心情是最重要的，入住這個酒店，真的讓人太舒心了。

衞生：很乾凈，洗澡水很好

第二次入住，明顯感覺到了酒店處理問題的態度。熱水變大也夠熱。停車場雖然説是收費的，但是酒店也停車場這邊主動報了收停車費。雖然電梯從外邊兒上，但是有專人指引服務可以。挺不錯的，還有熱花茶和毛巾，房間乾淨整潔，薰衣草香氛很好聞，可以很贊

出差選擇這家酒店，進入酒店後，前台服務熱情，休息區還有圖書可以供人閲讀，有綠植。真不錯，房間乾淨整潔，客房服務員也很熱情，見到都是主動打招呼。然後，前台這邊還主動報銷了停車費，服務細節拉滿，真的是很不錯。下次來還會選擇這家酒店，性價比高，周圍交通便利，吃飯沒有美食，天街真的挺不錯

這次入住麗楓酒店的體驗太棒了！一進大堂就被淡雅的薰衣草香氛治癒，柔和的燈光搭配温馨的裝飾，氛圍感拉滿。客房佈置超用心，床品柔軟親膚，躺上去像陷進雲朵裏，一覺睡到天亮。智能設備也很加分，語音控制燈光、窗簾，懶人福音！浴室乾濕分離，還有超大化粧鏡和品牌洗護用品，細節滿分。早餐種類豐富，中西式搭配合理，現煮的麪條超香。前台服務熱情周到，從辦理入住到推薦周邊美食都耐心細緻。地理位置也很便利，周邊交通、購物都方便。強烈推薦，下次還來！

情緒價值拉滿，離店入店都是熱情服務，走的時候還關心問我房間是否住的滿意，還有礦泉水贈送 “麗楓這小細節做得挺到位！房間不大但啥都有，收拾得也乾淨。最滿意的是床頭兩邊都有USB充電口，玩手機不用摸黑找插座了，太懂懶人了！洗澡水又大又熱，淋浴頭出水量足，洗得痛快。位置也方便，下樓拐個彎就有吃的。前台小姑娘挺熱情，辦入住快。沒啥花裏胡哨的，就是實在、省心，睡得也踏實，對得起這價錢！”
