The air conditioner doesn't heat at all. When I checked in, the room temperature was 10 degrees, which was cold. The air conditioner didn't heat up after a whole night and it was noisy. I told the hotel and they came to check and said there was no problem and it needed a cycle. They made me laugh. No matter whether your room is cold or not, it won't circulate when it shouldn't. A bad stay.
