酒店就在五里鋪地鐵口/還有五里鋪商圈，對面步行街幾分鐘就能到，周邊美食、便利店很多，出行超省心！. 早餐豐富好吃
自助早餐種類多，中西式都有，水果新鮮，麪包現烤，咖啡香濃，還有蘭州特色拉麪，每天都能吃得很滿 ,晚上睡覺很安靜，完全聽不到走廊或隔壁的聲音，窗簾遮光性強，一覺睡到自然醒 設施齊全先進房間配有智能馬桶、高清電視，三樓的洗衣房，健身房24小時開放，下次還會選擇！ 細節很貼心提供免費礦泉水、茶包，還有歡迎水果，宜必思特色雞尾酒🍹，床頭有USB充電口，細節控表示很滿意！ 退房快捷方便

辦公區域很棒 地理位置很好 可以看到蘭大一院 附近有地鐵和商圈 很便利 房間有點舊不過設施齊全 大廳在二樓 服務也不錯

因離醫院比較近就選擇了這家酒店，到前台辦理入住，因不是會員二百多入住，辦理入住時前台説中午12點退房當時給前台説帶病人做個檢查能不能延遲一些退房，前台説不行，當時詢問能不能向你們領導申請一下延遲半小時，（前後在前台將近40分鐘），這時前台很不耐煩説就是找店長都不行。
到房間洗澡水龍頭到處往外跑水且水温也不行，好的是空調還給力。晚上朋友也來找不見停車的地方便向前台電話詢問停車地方，接電話的是保安告訴停車場不是他們的地方晚上10點到第二天8點免費其餘時間收費這也沒毛病，結果下去找了好長一段時間才發現停車場入口有好大一堆快遞堵死了去電前台説了情況，前台説他們也辦法要自己想辦法，且房間電話右下角有血漬，實在是令人作嘔。第二天11點多打電話詢問退房還是續費（當時還在醫院）
這家店好處：洗澡時要了2雙拖鞋機器人很快送到。
試問華住各位領導這家店有如此優秀的店長，帶出如此頂尖優秀的員工，無論是對客人還是衞生都是無與倫比的優秀。希望後面入住的人入住這家店時慎重在慎重。
總之不推薦。

帶孩子來蘭大一院看病，住這裏很是方便。酒店服務很好，有宵夜送，我們沒有定早餐，早晨給5歲的小姑娘要了免費的小米粥和小饅頭，住的很愉快！

在地鐵口，出行還是比較方便的，臨街的房間關上窗户就能隔音，但是房間比較悶，不通風，有些氣味，在西北地區乾燥的環境還算好，服務態度還可以，就是辦理入住比較久

環境：出行很方便，旁邊是兩家醫院，對面是小吃街，地鐵口，出行超級方便。
服務：前台小夥子服務很好。有個女的穿工裝，報旗下會員號不能辦理入住，還呵斥其他員工不予辦理…開了眼了我不明白會員是用來幹嘛的，一家人總不能全家來辦你家會員吧…其它還好，就是入住時有會員還不能辦理，沒辦法網上定了一天，家人不忙後第二天才會員續了兩天。
