賓館硬件設施老化嚴重，晚上鐵路噪音大，前台客服以及賓館經理的態度傲慢惡劣甚至多少帶有歧視的意味，體驗很差很差

超級差，環境衞生差，設施差，味道特別大，服務很差，有史以來最差的一次住店體驗，以後再也不住了，洗漱間連吹風機都沒有，被套黃黃的沒洗乾淨，住了兩天噁心壞了，擔心怕有傳染病

很差，尤其是服務，特別噁心，張這麼大沒有住過這個垃圾的酒店，我發現五十塊的旅社比這個好，我勸大家不要去踩雷，網上訂的房間，去了還要按金，那你們要開通網上服務是幹嘛的，找存在感，還是坑客户呢，
