房間乾淨衞生，比較安靜，前台服務態度好，就是周邊稍稍偏了一點，吃飯等不是很方便，整體還是不錯的，推薦好評。

樓上是個學校，半夜十二點下課，跟拆遷一樣，吵的壓根沒辦法睡。設施陳舊。

蘭州週六和週日房源不但緊張而且價格飛漲，預訂時第一天衹有高級大床房，自駕很累需要休息好，第二天換了精品標準間（雙床房），入住前發現當天有雙床房且是高級雙床房，又修改了訂單。入住時也説明情況，兩天房間不一樣，服務員説不用換房間了。第二天發現兩天入住的房間都是精品標準間，根本不是高級雙床房。和賓館溝通無果，投訴攜程，攜程解決問題迅速，承認我提的問題賓館的確存在，並退回房間差價。
客人挑選賓館都要看房間的圖片和介紹，賓館説我訂的兩個房間就是一個，精品標準間=高級雙床房，就是圖片沒修改，騙誰呢？誠信？誠信！

房間寬敞，設施陳舊，衞生一般，離甘肅省博物館、蘭州水墨丹霞、張掖路步行街（中山橋、正寧路夜市在附近）自駕都要40分鐘以上車程 。最關鍵房間沒有WiFi信號，幾次三番溝通後的解決方案就是連接其他房間信號，可要等客人回來插卡取電，完全不受自己控制。

酒店有點舊，該維修的就要修好，特別這麼臟的枕頭實在不該放在房間裏，換一個新點的，住的人多，一天就**了，這方便真不該節約
