The main draw of this hotel is the location and leisure facilities. If you like to keep fit or need to get fit - then this is a perfect hotel for that - as you can integrate it into your trip whether it be for business or holiday. The pool and gym are the most impressive facilities I’ve come across in a hotel. If you can’t swim I’m sure there are lessons available which would be a great thing to do no matter the purpose of your trip. Thought the room was comfortable enough but I suppose if you weren’t using the hotel facilities you may feel it’s overpriced - we didn’t think this because we used the excellent pool and gym. We had a couple of cocktails in the lounge bar that were excellent and the service in the hotel was very attentive.

Location is good, staff friendly and able to speak English, very helpful and nice. The room was decently decorated however there were a few inconveniences you would not expect from Hilton. Curtains were missing, noticed too late, in the morning the light was so bright through the sheer, my sleep was disturbed. The room was extremely hot (27 degrees celsius) while the ac was working it still felt too hot. The mattresses felt somewhat different from other Hilton hotels. I struggled falling asleep and kept waking up throughout the night. The internet speed is locked behind a Hilton membership (2025, having wifi locked behind membership is insane) The bathtub didn’t have any toiletries nearby, if you want to take a bath and wash yourself you will have to get out of the bathtub and reach for the shower gel or whatever else you need or bring your toiletries with you and put them next to the bathtub before getting in. The view was nice however the sofa in front of the big windows with the city view had stains and dark spots on it making it a bit uncomfortable to sit on it for too long.

A pleasant surprise stay. The handsome men and beautiful women at the front desk are familiar with the business and have first-class service attitude. The room is clean and spacious, and the hygiene is excellent. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The hotel is located in the city center, with many food and supermarkets nearby. It is about 400 meters to Zhongshan Bridge on the left and 300 meters to the subway on the right. The transportation is convenient. You must stay here when you come to Lanzhou.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me order takeaways online and navigate the apps. The were also very quick to respond if there were issues. Only thing I would say is that the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking (that’s what I was told), but on multiple occasions I could smell smoke in the bathroom through the vent (very strong). I made a complaint and they said they spoke to the guest but unfortunately this didn’t stop. Cleanliness could have been better as when I first had the room, the room did smell smoky including the pillows. I had to re-clean the wood in the room myself with towel and soap since it was dusty and had a strong smoke smell so I couldn’t sleep and it gave me a headache. I think the rooms need a deep clean if you are to get rid of smoke smell from the bed, furniture, wood. You have your own aircon which is good so there is not a central system.

This stay was beyond my expectation! The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I slept well until dawn. The service staff was warm and considerate, and they were very thoughtful from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles. The location is also great, with convenient transportation around, and it is convenient for shopping and eating. Highly recommended!

As soon as I entered the room, the front desk called to confirm whether I was satisfied with the room... There were so many things. This hotel's service system really impressed me. It exceeded my expectations and it is no exaggeration to praise it. The Yellow River is just a few steps downstairs.

The room layout is reasonable, clean and tidy, the room facilities are very good, the TV is very clear, the wifi is fast and powerful, the hot water is also very comfortable, the bedding is super comfortable, and the self-service laundry is very convenient.
