I have to praise Lanberry Ruihua for my stay this time! Although the hotel is small, it is well-equipped and very exquisite! There is a gym and laundry room in the common area. The gym equipment is brand new, and it's definitely enough for a normal aerobic trip. The laundry room has a dryer, hangers and a row of high-end washing machines. It also has a clothes ironing machine. My shirts are ironed here🤩🤩🤩 The hotel has a good location, very close to the West Railway Station, and the hotel also provides pick-up service. It is convenient for traveling and dining around. Highly recommended! The interior layout of the room is reasonable and warm, and the color decoration is stylish (my favorite is the gradient color glass wall). I also like the bedding very much, and it is very comfortable to sleep on. Hygiene is also very good. The bathroom is fully equipped with dry and wet separation, automatic smart toilet and other facilities. Moreover, the room has excellent sound insulation and complete light control, so your sleep will not be disturbed. Finally, all the service staff were very warm and friendly, and even provided late-night snack service delivered to the door in the middle of the night. 👍👍👍I am really satisfied. I will stay here again next time I come to Lanzhou for a business trip!

The room was decent, but the balcony lacked a comfortable chair for relaxing. I called the front desk, and they promptly brought one up. Facing the road, the constant blaring horns and engine noise from large trucks loading/unloading was incredibly jarring and maddening. On the first night, I unfortunately encountered some unruly guests who monopolized the laundry machines and were shouting loudly in the hallway. Combined with the constant banging from the dryer, it was impossible to get any proper rest. The gym had two treadmills, but for some reason, both were out of order. The self-service breakfast was quite basic, offering only a bowl of Lanzhou pulled noodles, four kinds of pickles, and an egg. The noodles were okay, just enough to tide you over, but the dining environment was unappealing. The hotel offers views of West Station, making it potentially convenient for business travelers or those needing to catch a train. They also provide a complimentary shuttle service, and the staff were very helpful. The actual amenities differed slightly from the hotel's description online. The surrounding area is currently under construction, and local amenities are not yet fully developed.

The hotel is conveniently located near the high-speed rail station, just a 15-minute walk away. It's a well-known chain brand with comprehensive facilities, and the front desk service was excellent. The Lanzhou beef noodles downstairs were quite decent; I ordered a 'Rou Dan Shuang Fei' (a meat and egg combo) which was very satisfying and filling. Facilities: My only issue was with the shower in the room. The water temperature was incredibly unstable, constantly fluctuating between scalding hot and freezing cold. I'd get about 30 seconds of hot water followed by a minute and a half of cold. This turned what should have been a 15-minute shower into a frustrating 40-minute stop-and-go ordeal. I was extremely dissatisfied!

Very satisfied. They provided pick-up and drop-off service, and it's just minutes from Lanzhou West Railway Station. The receptionist was also very nice; they upgraded our room for free because we had a child. Great value for money. The air conditioner and water heater looked brand new, the bathroom was very clean, and the new washing machine was very convenient. I'll definitely book with them next time I'm in Lanzhou.

Excellent room. It matched the description. Quiet. I thought the Wi-Fi didn't support video. The initial receptionist seemed unfriendly, but the night receptionist was the opposite. The western train station is easily accessible. Good area. I had a hard time finding it with the geolocator, but there are security guards who helped me (there was a sign in Chinese only; I should have noticed it in the photos of the exterior. I'm adding another one in case it helps). It's on the seventh floor of a building (there were barriers in the entrance, but they open automatically).
