Mercure properties in Lanzhou

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from Zhenning Road Night Market and not far from the subway, making dining and getting around very convenient. The entire building belongs to Mercure, which ensures easy access to services. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were very beautiful and incredibly enthusiastic. The cleaning auntie was also very warm and helpful; she even brought my washed clothes up to my room, which was a really thoughtful touch. Overall, a fantastic travel experience!

I booked a deluxe twin room for the extra space. The room was alright, nothing special, but the air conditioning was incredibly noisy. The service was mediocre, not even as good as the All Seasons Hotel, which is also part of Huazhu Hotels. Breakfast wasn't very varied, but the beef noodles were decent. The hotel's location near the train station is a bit far from all the tourist attractions. Overall, it was just so-so and didn't meet my expectations.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the heart of the Dongfanghong Square commercial district. With two subway lines just outside the door and numerous bus routes nearby, getting around is incredibly convenient. Downstairs, Guofang Department Store offers one-stop shopping and dining. It saves a lot of time getting to city attractions or business appointments. The rooms are clean and the service is attentive. It's definitely my top choice for business trips.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway exit, by the Yellow River. You can easily reach a plaza by using the underpass right outside the hotel. Not far from the hotel, we found a fantastic lamb hotpot restaurant. The hotel's breakfast was incredibly generous, and all the noodle dishes were delicious. They even offered a variety of ramen options at the breakfast restaurant, which is something you definitely wouldn't find in our southern regions. The room was a good size with a practical layout, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The bedding was high quality, and both the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, making it a perfect place to get some good rest and relaxation during our trip!

I want to particularly highlight that the soundproofing in the room and the blackout curtains were excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. My suggestions would be to replace the current trash can with a larger one, as it's far too small. Also, the hairdryer's folding mechanism was loose, making it inconvenient to use. The front desk kindly replaced it, but the new one had the same issue.
