Las Rozas de Madrid Hotels with Wi-Fi

I thought it was a rural second-tier city hotel. The hotel photos on Ctrip looked rustic. Once I entered the lobby, it was very stylish, with high ceilings and hello, welcome and goodbye written in various languages ​​on the wall as decoration. The room was spacious and comfortable, the table was wide and the sockets were in the right position, which was suitable for temporary office needs during business trips. Note that European hotels generally do not provide combs, slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes. If you ask the front desk, you can get disposable toothpaste and toothbrushes for free, but there are no slippers. There are many breakfast options, rich fruits, freshly squeezed juices, and a variety of hot coffees can be selected on the coffee machine, etc.

We travel with 40 students aged 12 and the treatment of all staff was excellent. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is very varied and the dinner is wonderful. There is a very good location. We congratulate all the staff of reception, restaurant and cleaning.

We have received exceptional treatment from all the hotel staff, especially from Directora, Jessica, a great professional and very nice person who has always informed us and made us very pleasant stay. The rooms are very quiet.

This place are not 4 star. 2-3 the moust. service are noon. Rooms are small. Resturant are not open, the bar is not open! When you ask fore something, then its not there business, and The Hotel, are in middle of nothing. Only good thing to say, the breakfeast are ok. If you are not in your own car, then stay away! Nothing around......

Location is great just a few minutes from Las Rozas Shopping Village, 25mins from the airport and only 20mins from the city of Madrid. Check in was smooth and I was helped by a lovely guy on reception. I didnt engage with many staff at this hotel but those I did were all friendly and polite. Guest room was on the first floor, shower was powerful although temperature of the water kept changing. Amenities are very basic, just shower gel and shampoo. You get 2 bottles of water that I found in the mini fridge. Bed was comfy and WiFi was pretty good but did buffer during busy times of day. Breakfast was a very simple affair. Few very greasy fried eggs and bacon or frittata under a heat lamp, then just cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereal and pastries. Plenty of coffee and juice. Negatives of the hotel.. 1. It was very noisy. Sound travels easily in this hotel. I could hear slamming doors, people walking about above my room, water pipes, even people coughing in other rooms, not ideal for light sleepers. 2. I had a do not disturb sign on my door but house keeping ignored this and came in while I was out to clean the room anyway. 3. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. 4. No plugs by the bedside.
