1.酒店的衞生一般，可能是春節人多，訂房太多的緣故吧。
2.房價適中，環境整潔，房間採光好。
3.酒店提供礦泉水2瓶，之後就不能在補水了。酒店無早餐需要外面吃飯。
4.地理位置優越，離茂德公鼓城很近，600多米吧。吃喝玩太爽了！
5.酒店的最大優勢是有免費停車場，對於自駕就太方便了！

前台幫忙升級了房型，總體入住體驗還可以，距離公鼓城600米。不過酒店樓下不太方便，沒有早餐店，好在景區不缺飯店，且價格不高。

酒店衞生乾淨整潔，沒有異味，停車非常方便，有自己的停車場，房間非常大，空氣很好，設施很完善，周邊環境優越，交通方便，可以打卡古城，三元塔，曲街，最後説一下前台服務很熱情，耐心的解答各種問題，表揚一下。

酒店有免費的停車場，自助洗衣間在6樓，有個很大平台嗮衣服，非常方便，前台服務很好，笑容燦爛，房間空間很大，通風很好，有太陽嗮的味道，衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全，周邊環境很好，交通方便，旁邊就是茂德公鼓城。可以走路過去拍照打卡。一定要試試湛江烤生蠔。推薦入住。

酒店大堂環境高檔大氣，外觀美麗，房間設施齊全，空間大，床品新的，一次性面巾用起來很放心，乾淨衞生，服務態度很好，很主動的帶去停車，介紹雷州好玩的地方，好吃的美食，給前台點個贊。
看到他們在裝修房間，應該裝修後會更好，價格經濟實惠。

翻新的酒店，有免費停車場，服務態度特別好，房間大，空氣好，周邊環境很好，衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全新凈，離茂德公鼓城很近，走路幾分鐘，推薦去雷州三元塔，曲街。推薦吃湛江烤生蠔，酒店旁邊就有。推薦如家還是不錯的。

設施：住過最差勁的房。房間設施很是老舊，床墊衹剩彈簧了，硌得全身疼！總之一言難盡
衞生：很差，窗簾臟，床單都洗破了還在用。
環境：就在加油站隔壁，非常非常吵！！！一整晚帶着耳塞都不好睡，超級差！
服務：基本沒有。
就是花了125體驗了整晚躺在石子兒馬路中間超大噪音還被折磨的整晚睡不着....

打開窗，對着市街道挺舒服的，風很大，酒店走出去走一段路就到了茂德公古城。按間的空調不錯，水也很大，床也很舒服，就是一張床衹有一個枕。太累了，就直接睡了，也沒有去找前台問
