1.位置很好，靠近電視台
2.硬件設施很好
（智能馬桶，電動窗簾，衞生間感應燈）
3.服務很好，前台服務很好，保安大爺還幫忙拿行李
4.衞生很好，新酒店，布草很乾凈
5.停車很方便，自己的停車場
6.早餐也可以，目前還在裝修中，早餐送上門，牛奶，火腿腸，榨菜和麪包。
衹要不漲價，以後出差都選擇住這裏
