Cleanliness, pleasant welcome. But average comfort and swimming pool/jacuzzi/hammam equipment not sufficiently maintained (or not in service). Damaged furniture. Linen (sheets, towels) to be taken down yourself before 10am. This seems too expensive for the actual services, even in the middle of the winter season.

Dirty accommodation, cleaning not done, disgusting bedding, patched-up furniture ready to break, a front door that doesn't lock. Pool great lack of hygiene, dilapidated locker room. A staff that cares about everything.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. A crazy view of Lake Matemale. But the accommodation, the swimming pool, the common areas (stairs, no doors...) leave something to be desired in terms of hygiene, safety and dilapidation! The HS hammam all week. Stains on the clean sheets, the complaint fell in the hall, the kitchen utensils not suitable for 6, cracks+++, the outside parts not cleared of snow ...... We still had a good stay! But we won't be back.

Cet immeuble est complètement défraichi. On y sent un manque d'investissement de la part de Vacancéole. Les murs ont bougés donc difficulté à fermer les portes, les baies vitrées. Un bon coup de peinture est nécessaire pour raffraichir... La déco est de mauvaise qualité et aucun équipement n'est fournit (mis à part cafetiere et bouilloire). Point positif : le personnel présent est très bien et a su nous conseiller et nous donner des adresses durant le séjour. Je dirai que sans eux mon séjour aurait été pénible. Si j'y reviendrai ? JAMAIS
