The Freeman Family Destination Reunion, 2024 was held in Texas! We had 120 people in attendance from WI, IL, OH, MI, FL and MS. We held our meet and greet 7/26 at the La Quinta Hotel in Lewisville, our picnic in Central Park in Lewisville and our formal banquet dinner all in state that does everything BIG!

You will enjoy the complimentary wireless Internet and the complimentary free breakfast at this Baymont Inn and SuitesLewisville as well as a fitness center and outdoor pool. Refresh your wardrobe at the guest laundry facilities or with the dry-cleaning service. A front desk staffed 24 hours a day makes your life easier as does the business center with fax and copy service. Relax in the spacious guest rooms that feature a flat-screen TV and refrigerator ideal for longer stays. There is no charge for kids 17 and under when accompanied by adults.

The room is decent for a $50 room. The problem were the housekeepers. They did not want to clean the rooms. When I asked for fresh towels, they handed me a stack of hand towels. The spent most of the day sitting in the next room talking. When they did clean my room, they were talking on the phone the entire time. I called and asked the policy for cleaning rooms. I was staying for 8 days. I was told they clean rooms every other day, but I could go to the front desk for clean towels. If you can, take your own towels. The towels are very thin and scratchy. Also, the bedspreads are scratchy. So if you can, take your own blanket. Also, there is no coffee maker in the room. They serve coffee in the lobby. The is a microwave and small fridge. Besides the poor maid service, it is a decent room for $50. The people at the front desk were nice, but they maids liked to talk about the guests. Internet and Cable TV are good.

The team at Towne Place Suites Lewisville wins our Attentive, Courteous and Efficient award for the month of February. Your property is clean, convenient, comfortable and offered some of the best sleep my husband and I have had at a hotel in a very long time. Since selling our home during Covid in 2020 and living as nomads all over the country, either in an RV, or as home/pet sitters with fully remote careers, or staying at hotels we had really come to like the Home2 Suites model and have stayed in several around the country. This was the first time we got to venture to a TownePlace property and are so glad we did. This one stood out. It was convenient to the shopping, restaurants, attractions and most of all, our family and friends, since we lived in the area for 10 years while I worked with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts during the early nineties as they exploded in growth. Check in was easy and quick. Ally (who is new to the team from what I understand was helpful in getting an office chair form our room). The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was well staged, presented, and maintained. Anything you would want want- cereal, waffles, oatmeal, toast, a variety of egg based options, and plenty of hot coffee if needed. We rarely see the variety of breakfast options in one hotel offering. Our only complaint was that their could be more variety from day to day. The room was a perfect size and being able to set up 2 separate office areas in the room was awesome. The kitchenette was perfect for us. The public space area used for dining was perfect for me to use as an office on days my husband had conference calls allowing me to witness the all day long friendliness of your staff. I wish I knew everyone's name who represented your team and the Marriott brand exceptionally well but here are a few that I recall: Joseph, Tartayna, Ally, Letty, Victor and Toya. Each of them were kind, compassionate and worked hard to anticipate and take care of any needs. Thanks for the stapler Tartayna! We will be back in the Dallas area in June and November and will check availability for a Towneplace Suites Lewisville again.

We stayed a night here for a couple of soccer games. The property is a little older but was very clean. And staff was very friendly. On top of that my daughter left her air pods in our room when we checked out...and housekeeping found them and sent them back! Thank you for your honesty!

Very well kept, friendly staff and vey CLEAN ROOMS! I slept really good and so did my family! The rooms are true suites and very roomy! I loved the FREE breakfast lol! The front desk was very sweet and made us feel at home! We will be back! THANKS YOU GUYS FOR BEING SO AWESOME 5 STARS ⭐️ FOR SURE‼️

I have stayed at this location many times in the last 4/5 months. The first time we got checked into a room and immediately saw a ton of cockroaches. Told the front desk, who was super apologetic and switch us rooms on a different floor. We get to the new room to check that room out and our key didn't work..... So back down to the front desk. Once again, the guy was super apologetic and fixed the room key. Finally got back up to the room, the room key worked this time, no cockroaches to be found, and the bed was super soft! Since that first stay we have always had great customer service, great rooms, and great room prices (thanks to Booking.com)!! Would highly recommend this hotel! Right next to Interstate 35 and right next to Main St in Lewisville. I would say it is perfectly in the middle of Lewisville and not to far from most of the attractions in the area. It is also right across the street from the local hospital. The outside of the building is a little run down, not to bad though but the rooms have been beautifully remodeled!! They just need to remember to turn the light on for the guest.... 🤣🤣 This hotel is definitely a 5+ star hotel!!

Rooms have been recently renovated feels more like a Staybridge suites. Staff is friendly and happy to help. Things were pretty clean with only the stairwells being slightly dirty during our stay. The flooring is a vinyl that looks like wood. There is a tall boy dresser to store your cloths and a nightstand. Lighting is updated as well with wall lights having outlets and USB connections, track lighting in the kitchenette. Good size table for eating or working and two office chairs. There is a standard chair which is some rooms recline. Kitchenette is the standard ESA setup. Sink, electric range, microwave, and fridge. The countertop is stone which is nice. Had the freezer in one room go out but maintenance took care of it quick. Bathroom is the standard sink, toilet, and shower/tub. Everything was in good working order and shower curtain bows out for more room and curtains were proper length. Used basic wifi for both work and streaming videos on our tablets and didn't have too many issues. Only issue was the rare time it went out for a bit. Bed has no boxspring which is great if you have pets as they tend to get tears and they can climb into them. Close to shopping with Super Target just down the street and plenty of nearby restaurants including a good Cajun restaurant Razzos next door. Easy access to 35E and DFW Airport via 121. Close to PGBT and SRT.
