房間挺好的，我們住的新店，但是早上退房時服務員態度特別差，接杯熱水，很不耐煩。本來挺好的心情，沒了。本來還打算續住的，最後直接在維也納定了六天房，就是穿風衣這個。和前一天晚上入住時的服務員態度簡直是天壤之別

前台有個叫次仁拉姆的服務非常非常好，人長得又漂亮，服務也很好 真的值得推薦這家酒店，超級好，又能看到布達拉宮，還給我免費升級房間，真的讓我很暖心 我也是第一次來西藏也有點高，頭又痛，然後他還給我送了製氧機，真的很貼心，真的大家推薦 他的領導好好獎勵一下，他真的很感動
