設施：酒店沒有空調，這幾天非常熱，不太合理，睡得一身汗又悶熱。
衞生：還不錯，挺乾淨的
環境：環境地理位置都挺不錯的，比較方便。
服務：服務不太行，要個風扇等半天，打電話前台直接掛斷。

前台服務特別好 熱情周到 房間還給我們升級成外窗的房間 透氣性好 考慮的挺周到 還送了早餐 早餐也挺豐富的 也能吃上藏麪 米線也味道不錯 水果牛奶啥的也及時補 各方便都挺好的哈

前台服務很好，基本能為客人解決問題。
有停車場，免費，但是經常沒位置。高峯期可能要等。
四月了房間還是有地暖的，這點很棒。
加濕器吵了點，製氧機也很吵…..但沒辦法保命要緊。
周邊吃喝買很方便。樓下有kfc超市葯房等。

星程布達拉宮酒店，位置真的太棒了！離布達拉宮就兩公里，走走就到了，特別方便。西藏博物館也近，就一公里，想去看看文化寶藏隨時都行。天海國際廣場就在附近，吃喝玩樂啥都有。酒店服務也超好，自助早餐樣樣都有，吃得飽飽的。還有自助洗衣房，洗衣服也方便。茶飲服務也很貼心，隨時都能來一杯。4樓的咖啡廳和餐廳連在一起，還有個花園，坐着喝喝咖啡，吃吃飯，簡直美哉！下次來西藏，還住這兒！

房間整體很不錯出行也很方便離天海夜市有很多好吃的火鍋串串都很方便，離布達拉宮也很近步行就能到，客房服務也很熱情體貼送物及時

房間很不錯，每次出差到拉薩都住這裏，交通方便有氧氣，唯一缺點就是房間沒有陽光，停車位比較少，早餐很好吃

第一次入住星程酒店，以為會像華住旗下的桔子、全季酒店那樣讓人感覺舒適，到了之後與預期相差太大，首先停車不方便，他家是和其他幾個酒店共用一個停車場，停車場車位非常少，找車位讓人惱火！其次，我看這家是新開的酒店，為什麼房間裏的牆壁那麼臟，還有床尾榻也很臟。衞生間的玻璃是透明的，對面還有個小鏡子，無論是從洗手枱還是躺在床上都能看到衞生間裏面，萬一多人入住豈不尷尬？此次入住非常不滿意，對星程品牌很失望！
