The front desk was very nice, helping with luggage and providing very friendly service. If the access card is invalid, they will help you to swipe the card again to get to the door of the room. There are two hot drinks, rhodiola and brown sugar ginger tea, in the lobby. You can also get free masks at the front desk when you go out. The breakfast in the restaurant is also very delicious. It is great to eat breakfast while watching the Potala Palace.

Recently stayed at the hotel and the overall experience exceeded expectations. First of all, the service is impressive. The front desk reception is warm and professional, the check-in process is efficient, the concierge staff actively assists with luggage, the room service responds quickly, and the attention to detail can be seen. The hotel environment is elegantly designed, and the lobby is dominated by modern culture and art style; the guest rooms are reasonably laid out, the bedding is soft, and the bathroom facilities are clean and smart. You can see the Potala Palace outside the window. Overall, the price/performance ratio matches the service quality, making it suitable for business travel or leisure vacation.

This is my sixth time in Lhasa. I compared several hotels before coming here and chose this hotel based on cost performance and comfort. The hotel did not disappoint me. First of all, the hotel is in a great location, just across the road from the park behind the Potala Palace. You can see the Potala Palace from the room, and it's only a 10-minute walk away. The hotel has its own parking lot, which makes parking convenient. When you walk into the hotel lobby, there are free hot drinks of Rhodiola rosea and ginger tea. After drinking two cups, all the hardships you have experienced along the way to 318 are melted away. Bai Ma, the receptionist, speaks softly and has a warm attitude. To be honest, the overall service industry in Lhasa is now at a higher level than that in the mainland. Butlers will deliver guests and luggage to their rooms, and provide complimentary sweet tea and steam eye masks. The room is equipped with floor heating, oxygen and humidifier, ensuring that tourists from all over the world can feel right at home. The window faces the back of the Potala Palace. The breakfast in the observation restaurant on the 4th floor is rich and varied, with both meat and vegetarian options, and very little onion, ginger and garlic, taking into account the habits of each guest.

The hotel is just behind the Potala Palace. The upgraded rooms are right opposite the Potala Palace, with a first-class view. The receptionists at the front desk and the housekeeper Bai Ma were very attentive and provided prompt service. Any supplies that were needed were delivered quickly. I stayed there for three consecutive days and just wandered around the central area to adapt to the environment! There are eye masks and ******* medicine foot bath, so comfortable!
