【1】管理極為混亂，入住期間曾多次換房，事後在攜程平台協助處理時，竟告知從始至終都住在一個房間。【2】服務極差，消耗會員權益進行的房型升級，且在預訂前後3次致電確認，但實際辦理入住時，不予升級，導致住客嚴重高反就醫後，不退不賠。【3】早餐極差，早餐是同等級維也納品牌酒店的通病，衹是有過之無不及。【4】無24小時瀰漫供氧服務！特別提醒注意，該酒店供氧時間是“晚7點至早8點”！不像其他同等級酒店，甚至更低等級酒店，可提供24小時免費彌散供氧！對於有高反的人而已，二者差別是很大的！想象一樣，出行遊玩歸來，一個是一下子就進入了富氧空間盡情吸引恢復；而另一個需要重新打開製氧面板，等待房間慢慢充斥氧氣！【5】自助洗衣間臟亂差，且衹能洗，不能烘。【6】酒店整體屬於“衹要錢，***”的經營定位，所以入住期間但凡遇到任何問題，衹要沒有達到“亡命”的嚴重程度，都很難順順當當輕鬆解決，如住客要堅持維權，十分耗費精力和元氣！所以，沒必要傷神，極不推薦入住！【7】該酒店距離布達拉宮、八廓街、大昭寺等不是最近的，建議可在宇拓路步行街附近更適宜的同檔次、同價位酒店！如參團一日遊，大多集散地位於西藏博物館、羅布林卡附近，距離該酒店也有不近！所以，綜合區位、服務、設施、衞生等，該酒店沒有什麼優勢可言！上述經歷、經驗，供參考！一年一度的旅遊旺季將至，希望為有需要的人“避坑”“避雷”！

來了後前台美女給直接升了個2米的床，其他都在預期，唯一不安逸的是酒店停車目前不怎麼方便，整的我把車停好後就沒摞窩。

這次入住體驗太棒了，從抵達酒店開始，門僮就熱情上前幫忙搬運行李，前台工作人員微笑着快速辦理入住，還細心告知周邊遊玩攻略，入住期間，無論是諮詢交通訊息，還是需要額外生活用品工作人員都有求必應，響應速度極快，態度始終都有求必應。下次還會選擇這裏

酒店的全體工作人員服務都很好。酒店距離布達拉宮廣場步行就10分鐘，對面就是功德林寺，樓下很多吃的。打車到大昭寺，八廓街，西藏博物館大概10分鐘，總之去哪都非常方便，房間配置也很全面，加濕器，供氧都有。並且早餐很豐富，還有蔬菜沙拉很不錯。性價比很高，非常推薦。

房間非常不錯，酒店前台服務非常熱情，是一家非常不錯的酒店，離布達拉宮也很近，步行距離10分鐘就到了，周圍吃的也很方便，離大部分景點都很近，值得推薦的！！贊！

客房的窗户搭着腳手架，因為政府統一立面改造，衹是窗户外面腳手架也就將就住了，關鍵是早上9點窗户外面就施工，各種施工噪音，過來有點高反半夜睡眠質量差，然後早上説多睡會，就被施工聲音一直吵着，問了下前台所有房間的窗户外面都是圍擋，衹能果斷換了個酒店。平心而論，如果沒有施工，位置和各種都條件都不錯的。建議大家訂房前提前和酒店溝通好施工是否結束。
