總體上比較滿意，服務比較到位，然後有什麼需求也會幫忙解決。可能是個人體質的問題，房間對我來説會有一點冷。另外烘乾機的力度不太夠，懷疑是因為轉速太快。不過下一次還是會選擇入住全季酒店。

酒店服務人員們特別熱情周到，特別是祁妹妹，從入住到退房，一直在全線幫助。中途孩子指甲劈了，酒店前台還備有指甲刀和消毒酒精等，非常貼心，萬分感謝！位置也是絕佳，吃飯直接去對面的萬達廣場，非常開心的旅行體驗！環境：優雅服務：周到

衞生不行，桌子上還殘留塑料袋，地板有沒收拾乾淨的頭髮，最離譜的是，我們一家4口訂了2間房，其中一間洗澡水水壓不足，沒熱水，孩子脱了有衹好穿衣服（之前一路住過小縣城的酒店都沒有此問題，一路這麼多天的旅程出問題在西藏最大的城市），打電話給前台希望立即解決，前台服務員態度不好，幸虧留了前台經理微信，經理出麪解決，半夜1點多換房！
