Atour Hotel Potala Palace Square Lhasa

This is definitely the worst Atour I have ever stayed in. This hotel has greatly lowered my favorable impression of Atour! Atour hotels in other cities are all very good. I suggest you don’t stay at this one when you come to Lhasa! 1. After checking in on the first night, I took a shower and found that the water was so small and cold that I caught a cold. The front desk said it was a water pressure issue and moved us to the 2nd floor, but the situation remained the same during peak hours! 2. I returned to the room at 3:30 pm, and it was not cleaned yet. The front desk replied that it was their turn but it was not their turn yet. I have stayed in so many hotels in the world, and none of them hadn't cleaned the room at this time. It was really bad! 3. There is always a long queue in the laundry room at night! This Atour hotel is very large and has a high occupancy rate, but it only has 4 laundry facilities. Other Atour hotels that are half its size also have 3 washing machines. 4. Breakfast is the worst. Sometimes this is broken and sometimes not available. There are only two aunties in the restaurant and they are overwhelmed with the service. The most common thing you hear is "please wait a moment". Stayed for 4 nights and the coffee machine didn't work for a single day. Had to wait a long time for coffee every day! Other Atour stores that are smaller than his only have two coffee machines! In summary, despite charging such a high fee, the facilities and services of this Atour are not as good as those of Atour in other cities where I have stayed. Many problems are actually the result of the hotel trying to save money and not wanting to do a good job. For example, the hotel can have more people for cleaning and breakfast, and can also have more washing machines and coffee machines.

The room feels good, but a little small. It's a diffused oxygen room. Help! Haha. The service of the girl at the front desk is very good. The milk tea they make themselves is also very good. It can relieve altitude sickness. Drink more. The location is convenient. The Potala Palace and the square are on the left, and the Jokhang Temple on Barkhor Street is on the right. The Nama Sedeni restaurant nearby is also good. You can go and experience it. There is a parking lot in the basement, and parking is free. The breakfast is just average and needs to be improved. Overall it is very good, Atour is worthy of trust.

Although the service staff is very nice, the facilities and equipment are not satisfactory. The diffuse oxygen is a scam.
