晚上能有白粥吃，彌補晚飯吃不慣西藏的伙食的弊端！ 而早餐品種其實是可以的，特別是那個蔬菜沙拉，很精緻！而且也有湯粉面，並且能做太陽蛋（以前基本上都是四星以上的酒店才會做的）！ 咖啡機旁備好外帶杯子，可以打咖啡消除開車的疲乏，讓行車更加安全！那個粉裏面的青菜，如果可以做成一盤放外面，可能會有很多南方人比較喜歡，今天早上其實是想説，能否燙一碗那個青菜給我？最後忍住了。 另外，牀頭櫃是有無線充電，可以充手錶，出來10天啦，手錶就沒有電了。 所以，最終我們是決定在林芝繼續住亞朵了！ 但，作為一個率直的住客，你們停車場的灰塵其實是有點多，看怎麼樣搞好吧，日喀則的亞朵車場就挺乾淨的！ 酒店的人員，無論哪個崗位，都是值得表揚的，都是在努力的給予我們客人有家的感覺！
