很不錯，我們定了 2 天的 2 間家庭房 3 間標間，後面還續了一天。酒店乾淨衞生，環境也不錯，周圍出行也很方便，關鍵離就火車站也很近。
前台小姐姐們和小哥哥人都超級好，有需求都幫忙滿足。長者水土不服，還幫忙給我們送鹽糖水。平板遺漏在房間還幫忙給我們帶下來。非常好。下次回老家，還要定這家。

酒店在火車站附近，過條馬路走一小段就到了，酒店門口就有公交站，出行方便。酒店內部乾淨整潔，早餐豐富多彩，不錯。

家庭房一張很大的床和一張小點的床，三個人都睡得很舒服，房間很大，設施齊全，非常乾淨，電視機超大，馬桶間和沖淋間是獨立的，就是洗手枱在走道里，水容易淋到地上，其他沒什麼缺點。作為輕奢型酒店，這家全季連雲港站店價格卻非常親民。更主要的是酒店服務完美，前台客服都是非常專業的，待客彬彬有禮，客人有求必應，客房衹有四瓶瓶裝水，我們是三個人，向客服多要兩瓶水，客服都熱情答應了。腳有點磨破了，問客服有沒有創可貼，客服也立馬提供。酒店還有免費的自助洗衣烘乾房，還有簡單的健身設備，大堂休息處還有免費的茶飲和現磨咖啡，這點免費的福利甚至趕超一些五星級酒店 。酒店位置雖然離海邊遊覽區比較遠，但是火車站廣場旁邊就有BRT公交車差不多一小時直達在海一方公園，再換乘一輛公交就可達連島寧區，還是非常方便的，遊玩在海一方和連島景區一天時間足夠了，返回酒店的公交車最晚大概是夜裡11點。去其他景區公交車也是非常方便的，去民主路老街衹需步行一公里多點。總之這是性價比極高的一家好酒店，特別推薦入住。

住過很多次全季，對這家全季很有好感。離連雲港站很近，估計步行也就10分鐘，酒店門口就是公交站，交通非常便利。前台服務人員熱情友好，溝通很順暢。房間寬敞乾淨，家庭房非常適合三口之家住，台盆、衞生間、淋浴房三分離，設計很人性化，很滿意，下次來還願意住這裏。

離連雲港火車站稍遠，提前定的酒店，當天價格下調，前台給升級房間，並贈送早餐，服務態度較好。房間寬敞，衞生乾淨，客房服務也較好。

房間挺好挺乾淨的，也比較大，住在三樓，電梯邊上就是餐廳，一樓洗衣房很方便，還有跑步機，運動了一下，我們因為洗衣服想要延遲退房前台姐姐爽快的答應了。每個前台姐姐都有微笑服務，非常親切。

熱水缺失，住宿體驗大打折扣🛁❌
非常遺憾，本次入住貴酒店的經歷遠未達到預期。最讓人難以接受的是，房間內竟然沒有熱水供應，導致無法洗澡，這對於長途旅行後的我來説，無疑是一個巨大的不便和失望。😔
我嘗試多次調節水龍頭，也聯繫了前台尋求幫助，但問題始終未能得到解決。在寒冷的天氣裏，無法享受到一個舒適的熱水澡，讓整個住宿體驗大打折扣。🛁❎
作為一家備受好評的酒店，我原本期待的是高品質的住宿服務，但這次的經歷卻讓我深感不滿。希望酒店能夠重視這一問題，及時改進熱水供應系統，確保每一位客人都能享受到應有的舒適和便利。🌟
