設施：酒店油漆味道重的不得了
衞生：游泳池裡水渾濁的不得了，上面還有蟲子
環境：到處都是狗啊，貓啊！
服務：早餐少的可憐，都沒東西吃！
房價那麼貴，然後設施，服務就跟300塊的酒店一樣，太垃圾了！

好的方面：離景區很近，管家服務比較貼心，可以幫購買景區門票等，房間面積不小，設施較新，有些設計感。
差的方面：比較多
1、房間因靠近山體，外面雜亂，蚊蟲很多，被咬了，影響休息，見圖片和視頻
2、衞生較差，地板和外面公共區域，泳池等，都不乾淨
3、早餐很LOw，不如連鎖酒店，沒什麼種類，味道也一般。
4、酒店在景區門口，晚上附近很荒涼
5、綜合酒店1000多的價格，不推薦，尤其是親子游的，謹慎考慮

1新裝修味道很重，住了頭暈
2入住房間衞生間有異味要求換房，其實那時候有空房的，服務員當時也知道原來房間有異味，那為什麼不直接把新房間給我。難到是準備糊弄過去？
3新換的房間淋雨房下水很慢，第二洗澡要等好一會兒。
4.房間設施感覺很高大上，其實設施不完善，二樓空調設備居然是壞的，才三個月新酒店就這樣？
5最離譜的距離酒店房間窗外有一個雞棚，半夜12:30開始公雞打鳴了，這些🐔還很懂事的基本上每一小時打鳴聲聲入耳。這怎麼讓人休息。
果斷把第二晚房間取消。
可惜沒有負分設定啊。

帶娃住這家酒店太值了！位置絕了，步行2分鐘就到小七孔西門。不用早起趕車，娃也少遭罪。房間乾淨又温馨，專門給孩子準備了小帳篷和繪本，一進門就玩嗨了，我省心不少。
管家特別貼心，提前給我們發了景區親子路線，還推薦了酒店的特色美食，味道好還不貴。陽台能看到景區遠景，晚上哄睡娃，吹吹晚風特別舒服。親子出遊選這裏，位置、服務、細節都滿分，下次來還住這兒！

我覺得融莊湯泉度假酒店真的是一個很明智的選擇，這次帶家人一起過來玩，就定了這家酒店，管家式服務真的很貼心，到了酒店時管家很貼心辦理入住，另外再遇到問題的時候，管家很及時的解決問題，説實話服務是沒話説，並且還升級了房型，而且早餐也做的很精緻很好吃！我的家人也很喜歡！在玩的過程中也是一直在誇這家酒店的服務以及餐食，但是人無完人，也會有一些小細節處理的不好，也是很能理解的。

這次公司組織團建來小七孔遊玩，訂酒店的時候第一眼就看中了這家酒店，酒店位於西門。房間的面積很大，所有設備都是嶄新的，並且都是用的大牌子，洗漱用品用的西班牙的牌子，是白茶味的，很香，離店的時候詢問前台工作人員能否帶走這個牌子的身體乳，工作人員很大方，並且贈送了一杯咖啡，早餐種類很豐富，做的很精緻，不夠吃還可以免費加，下次來還會選擇這裏

融莊湯泉度假酒店位置非常之好，就在荔波小七孔景區西門入口隔離，自駕遊可將車停在酒店停車場，步行前往景區即可。酒店很新，環境優美，酒店的餐廳食物質素和味道都唔錯。房間設備齊全、整潔和舒適，陽台設有浴池，行完景區後可以來個熱水浸泡放鬆一下，非常寫意。整體住宿體驗良好，物有所值。

這次入住體驗非常好，車開到酒店門口，就有工作人員下來拿行李。全程都是微笑服務，讓人感覺很舒心。早餐種類也很豐富。特別推薦他們餐廳的老乾媽土豆片。房間裏是全屋智能。開燈，關燈，開空調，關空調都很方便，而且亮度適中，制熱反應也很迅速。酒店就在小七孔西門，酒店有很大的停車場，停車很方便。而且一入住管家就會很貼心的預報天氣預報，出行遊玩要加衣。酒店自己做的攻略很豐富，很詳細。酒店有一衹小柴犬，叫伍佰，很可愛。
