The hotel is newly opened, I went to the preparation area to experience it, but I booked a room. The front desk staff asked her about it and ignored me. The experience was not good. When I went to the room, there was hair on the quilt.

The newly opened hotel is clean and sanitary, the room is very large and breakfast is provided. It is very close to Lichuan Railway Station and the highway entrance.

The front desk service attitude was extremely poor. They ignored me when I checked in. I originally booked the room for my friend, but my friend vented his dissatisfaction to me. He also said that there was noise from the train and unknown noise from next door, like music or other noises. I couldn't sleep all night and my rest was seriously affected. I had to drive the next day. I really don't want to come to such a hotel again

The hotel is in a great location. You can see it when you look west from the high-speed rail station. The room is large and newly decorated. The service staff is very polite and sent snacks. The breakfast tastes good and has a rich variety.

This should be the best and newest hotel near the station. The price should also be the highest. The environment is OK and most of the things are in line with expectations. However, there are two issues that are not so good: 1. The water temperature is not constant. We booked 2 rooms, one on the 10th floor and one on the 25th floor. This problem occurred in both rooms: the water was turned to the hottest temperature to be suitable for taking a shower, but it would become boiling water again afterwards, which was very annoying. If we turned it lower and waited for a while, it would still not be hot. It was super cold in Enshi during the National Day holiday. The sisters at the front desk all wore coats. It was only 10 degrees at night. You would catch a cold if you took a shower. 2. The elevator was too slow. There are two hotels here, sharing two elevators. Not to mention that you have to wait during peak hours, the elevators are of poor quality and not smart enough. Even when they are overloaded and the alarm sounds, the elevator still won't stop at each floor. It's really frustrating. Seeing such a good hotel using a fake brand elevator really delays travel.
