很失望的一次旅行 從酒店check in的態度 和到後來多刷的按金 我覺得這個酒店給人的感覺就是不安全，我們原定住2晚，果斷住了一晚就離開了，這是我再也不會去的酒店

第一次遇到見到這樣差的酒店，一大早泰諾病毒感染胃痙攣無法出行提前告知也給了醫生證明不能出門因為病毒傳染性很強，然後通知攜程取消也有突發事件取消申請的這酒店還是攜程直接合作的，這攜程的突發事件也是虛設虛假宣傳，一般在德國法律規定這種不可抗力因為突發事件可以申請一般都是可以取消的但是這個事情一直招到攜程拒絕❌真的是虛假宣傳也對攜程這種做法和服務失望透頂了下一次再也不用攜程了，這酒店的上座率和攜程的預訂率這麼差，房間完全無法調解給其他客户，真的無法理解

Tolles, charmantes Schlosshotel mit direkter Lage an der Mosel. Zimmer upgrade ohne Aufpreis erhalten damit mit Moselblick 👍 Frühstück von 7 bis 11 Uhr, also keine Eime beim Aufstehen. Service zuvorkommend, besonders an der Rezeption. Auschecken um 11 doch man kann bis 22h den Wellnessbereich nutzen und bekommt einen Korb mit Bademantel und Pantoffeln. Gerne wieder ✌️

Prima historisch rijk gedecoreerd en ingericht hotel met veel voorzieningen. Service op het terras verschilt tussen bar en restaurant met aparte bediening en aparte rekeningen.

お部屋はとても清潔感、高級感があった。そして広いバスタブも快適。
お酒を楽しめるラウンジエリアが狭いのは改善してもらえたらまた行きたくなるでしょう。
通らすがりのお客さんはちらちら中を覗くし、他人との距離も近くあんまり落ち着く空間でなかったのは残念。
こういう荘厳な古城5つ星ホテルには、豪華で、ジャズミュージックがかかっていたり、生演奏があったりする空間があるともっと雰囲気が出ると思った。
スパエリアやマッサージもおすすめ。
