This Hilton Garden Inn is the worst of the 4 Hilton Garden Inns I've stayed in. How should I put it? The basic facilities are complete, but the service is not as thoughtful as other Hilton Garden Inns. The breakfast selection is not rich, and there are only two flavors of jam left for each person in the 24-hour self-service beverage (there was no stock after three days of stay), and the carpet is also a bit spotted. Compared with Hilton Garden Inns in other cities, it is worse. A little disappointed. Maybe other Hilton Garden Inns made me expect too much, haha. The view from the 8th floor is good. You can see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and if you are lucky, you can watch fireworks at night. If you want to stay in a chain hotel and have a view, I recommend staying here *The original camera was taken through the glass

The room was far smaller than expected with a very petite though functional bathroom (without any natural light). The two single beds were small and difficult to sleep in. The air conditioning was old and quite poor. It was difficult to bring the temperature down at night. There was one tiny wardrobe that could not hold much clothing at all. There was no tea, coffee or other benefits of an alleged 5 star hotel. The following day, the cleaners (who were fantastic and very nice) brought us a few biscuits and a plate with a few fruit items on it. Two bottles of water were provided each day. The breakfast had a good selection of possible dishes though the staff did not refill regularly so many items became unavailable during breakfast. The dishes were very Chinese orientated, which was not a problem given that we were the only foreigners in the hotel. The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and supportive.

The location is convenient and reception is good too. Room is reasonable comfortable but the water pressure is a bit low hence need longer time for shower. Breakfast spread is not as sumptuous and they do not provide fork and knife on table but must request for it. Western food quality is not as good and only got one coffee machine. Too much local food in my opinion. Generally it's still a good choice but need improvement.

The hotel is next to Lijiang Old Town, within a 10-minute walk. It receives tour groups from all over the country and also holds some meetings. Our individual travelers had a good experience staying here. The hotel will send a car to pick them up at the airport and station, and can also provide tour charter tickets. The standard room environment is OK and relatively clean. The bathroom also has a dry and wet separation. Outside the window is a garden courtyard of the hotel, which is quite unique. There is not much noise at night. Occasionally, other guests in the corridor talk loudly, and the soundproofing is not good. The service staff are very good. The overall feeling is good

Beijing self-driving tour Yunnan, did not choose homestay, just because I believe in the hygiene and service of five-star hotels. The blind choice of five-star did not disappoint. Although the hardware furnishings of the old five-star hotel are a bit old, they are well maintained and very clean. The front desk staff are also super warm and friendly. A very satisfying experience. From before check-in to the end, the housekeeper communicated very carefully throughout the whole process. If you encounter any problems, just contact the housekeeper and it's done. A friend who was traveling with me had a fever due to altitude sickness. The housekeeper provided a thermometer and the nearest clinic nearby. The B&B is in the ancient town but it is very quiet and suitable for rest. The room is no different from the picture, and it is even bigger than the picture. It is super warm with floor heating and air conditioning. The other staff of the B&B are also very enthusiastic and will invite you to drink tea, chat and play billiards. There are also two Alaskans, which are very cute.

Indigo Lijiang Hotel is located just outside the ancient city, offering both convenience and safety for exploring the area. The rooms are impeccably clean and functional, and the gardens, with their meticulously groomed trees, shrubs, and flowers, are a testament to the housekeeping team and the gardeners’ dedication. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly restaurant staff, notably Mike, whose constant smile, helpfulness, and politeness stood out. Special thanks to Cindy, who truly enhanced our stay. She attended to us at check-in and she helped to arrange tickets to the snow mountain and assisted with restaurant reservations. We accidentally left something in our room, Cindy promptly informed us and arranged to send the item to our next hotel. We truly appreciate your kindness, sincerity and warmth, Cindy! Super love the ancient 古镇 feel of this hotel room, and its proximity and link through a back door to Lijiang Ancient Town. Service is excellent where the hotel staff delivered medicine and other amenities request where required. Breakfast is excellent too. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lijiang!

Love the location of hotel which is surrounded by many shops, big supermarket and eateries. In front of hotel is an underground mall and food street linking to ancient city and Big Waterwheel. Hotel lobby is spacious. Room is comfortable and breakfast is good too. Staff are helpful and especially good service by Ms Luo. We are happy with our 3 nights stay at Atour Dashuiche.

It was near a busy road so there was slow traffic before we reached the hotel. There are eateries and restaurants nearby and a bus stop 2 street away. We are able to view Jade Dragon on clear days even on 3rd floor. The room was a spacious, clean, comfortable bed. Basic amenities are provided in the room. What i like best is the laundry room free for use, especially helpful when we stayed for many days. It has a good spread of breakfast with good mix of local delicacies and western food.
