Excellent customer service from all staff we encountered, especially our cleaning lady 余沫 who went above and beyond to help us with all our needs. The hotel offers laundry service which was very convenient and helpful to the customers, thank you! The breakfast spread was very good, the hot water pressure was very good too. No complaints.

The room is very nice, the hotel is clean and has a good environment. There is free parking inside the store, and the electric car can be charged for free. There was a problem with the charging pile on the first night, and the staff in the store specially found someone to help fix it and charge it. We decided to stay one more day on the spur of the moment, and booked a superior king-size bed room on the WeChat app the night before. The next morning, they called us and said they helped us renew the original room (the wooden king-size bed we stayed in at the beginning). There were a lot of people on May Day and the staff were very busy, but the service was not neglected at all
