The room has good lighting and large floor-to-ceiling windows. It is convenient to go shopping in the ancient city. It is clean and hygienic. It is a newly renovated hotel. It is very good.

English: The hotel is in a not very attractive area, but it is surrounded by cheap restaurants that make it easy to find a place to have dinner. My room was on the fourth floor with a nice view, very spacious and rational with a beautiful painting that covered the entire wall behind the bed. Being flooded with sunlight, when we checked in we did not notice that on every surface there was a layer of dust, not a little dust, but a whole layer of dust covered every surface of the room: from the bedside table to the headboard, from the painting above the bed to the desk in front, every light switch, every handle of every door!!. NEVER SEEN A HOTEL ROOM LIKE THIS!!! I had placed my clean clothes on the bedside table, I took them and they had black stains of dust everywhere... impossible to wear!! I spoke to the guy at the reception who was very professional in immediately going up to the room, seeing the mess I would have to sleep in and offering to change rooms, we were very tired and told him that now we just wanted to sleep. We agreed that the next day we would close all our things in the suitcases so THEY WOULD CLEAN THE ROOM RADICALLY. The next morning we lost almost an hour to close all our things in the suitcases, we went out reminding the girl at the reception (THE ONLY ONE PRESENT BOTH THE AFTERNOON BEFORE AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN AND THE NEXT MORNING) that they had to clean the room as agreed. When we returned to the hotel in the afternoon we found the room in the same conditions as the day before, they had only washed (?) the cups and put two plastic bottles of water on the table in the sun! I pointed out to the boy at the reception that this was unacceptable and we went out to do some shopping, when I returned I found the aforementioned boy cleaning my room like a ****** at 7pm... thanks for the effort but now it's too late, I didn't pay to have a dirty room for two days! To be honest, both the guy who worked at the reception at check in, and the one the next day, are the only ones who seemed to work in this hotel; they are also the only ones who tried to speak English, on the contrary the girl present at the reception during the two days of stay did not even say hello, she unloaded every conversation on someone else and never said a word of apology for the **** in which they forced us to sleep! The room that no one has ever cleaned is there waiting for you....

The hotel room is spacious and bright. Needless to say, the service is great. There is its own parking lot at the door. It is only a ten-minute walk from the ancient city. It is clean and comfortable. It is highly recommended.
